Please can someone advise on my original query 0

No im just asking what details they require for the home improvements..is everyone always so uptight on here xx0
-
Well dependent on what they offer there are plenty of things that need doing here...just need to know that after quotes are required initially if anything else is required..it doesnt have to be for full consolidation..hope that is clear now i dont wish to upset anyone xx0

When we borrowed to undertake home improvements, we provided quotes at the outset and then on completion we revalued the property.

Why not take a gamble and post on the debt-free wannabe sub-forum and I'm sure there'll be plenty of support if you're looking to reduce your debt and interest payments.174 BPM >> CC Balance (0%) -£3,565.99 - Target DFD Dec 2017 >> Loan (Car) (3.1%) -£19,803.74 - Target DFD Nov 20200 -
No two mortgage lenders are the same and they don't treat all borrowers the same. One lender might ask you for evidence whilst they wouldn't require it from another borrower. Do you not think the bank will find it a bit fishy that one week you were trying to borrow money to consolidate debt and the next you want to borrow money for "home improvements?"0

No because i have saidif it can all be for consolidation it will if not i will split it if theyare happy to allow0

No-one is being uptight. I do not have a mortgage but it doesn't seem like a great idea and it looks like it will eventually cost you more."All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered, the point is to discover them."
