Has anyone used Atom for a mortgage for a new house purchase?

Read today that Atom have launched a 5 year fix at a low rate of 2.29 percent. Got cold feet about this lender though as they are app based with digital contact only. I think it sounds risky using them for a new house purchase and perhaps they are the sort you could perhaps use for a re-mortgage. Has anyone successfully used them to buy a house?
Also I suspect they don't take child benefit or tax credits into account. Does anyone know if they do?
Ashame as they offer the best rates for a 5 year fix but suspect they won't be a suitable lender for me.

I don't think they will accept tax credit or benefits as income type.
See paragraph Income types (acceptable) https://residential.digitalmortgages.net/lending-criteria0
