Refund on valuation fee?

I paid my mortgage company a fee of £350 for a mortgage valuation survey on my property. The valuation came back at £10k less than the property was on the market for. The price was dropped from the lender to £10k less understandably as a result.
I noticed on the offer paperwork that the valutation fees are listed. My property was in one bracket before the price dropped. Now it's in a cheaper bracket. Do you think I would be abel to ask for a partial refund in the valuation fee?

Can't say I've ever had this come up before, but I would say you've got a 50/50 chance depending on the firm and how reasonable they're feeling.

Highly doubt it to be honest although no harm in trying. Imagine if the valuation came back and pushed it up to a higher fee tier, you wouldn't expect them to bill you the difference.0
