Valuation today!!!

So today is the day for valuation and we feel so nervous. We are first time buyers and quite honestly the waiting is killing us. Hopefully get a mortgage offer soon. But then we feel like nah surely not. Have two children and are married already but wow I feel grown up right now 😂

No Hun it's not a new build but it is on a road that I thought would only ever be a dream to live on...... Sounds sad doesn't it haha. We have to apply for high school for our eldest this year and it is close to the school we wanted him to go to but wasn't looking likely that something would come up in catchment. Oh it's so nerve wracking waiting isn't it? Have you got your mortgage in place now?

I know exactly how you feel! we wanted a specific place when we first relocated here and said if we could ever afford to move there it would be a dream! after 3 years of waiting and only ever seeing 2 houses go up for sale we put a best and final in and got the house! But saw something much bigger in the best area around here so we had to go with that! its soo nerve wracking because i NEVER thought we would get such an amazing house first time round! Ahhhh this is lovely to read, that's fab, hope everything goes smoothly for you too. It feels so scary waiting and I'm constantly thinking of reasons we may not get the mortgage haha.
