Maybe not the easiest way, but the faster way is to make sure whatever you do, you include enough variety.

What you ideally want to do is to "shock" your body and then every 6-8 weeks, shock your body again in a different way (it takes about 6-8 weeks for your body to become used to an exercise which means you need to go harder or change up to get results). If you find you are getting bored, then you need to switch what you are doing, aside from physically getting used to something, boredom and lethargy are the two things that will let you down once you've started to exercise more.

If you can get together with others and work out as a group or with an exercise buddy this is great, or you can shell out and rent your own personal trainer, this can keep you on target if your own aims aren't enough.

If you can build in (non-food-related) exercise rewards this can make a difference, it also means you can end up valuing the set-prize far more than if you just went out and purchased without it being a reward.

And if you want to make things feel easier? Train your core! I can't explain just how important and how valuable it is to do this, everything from running to even things like spinning and cycling require your core and if you can train up both your balance and your core strength it really does make things feel easier and mean you can get better results (spoken from experience!)

The answer to the headline question is to go totally teetotal, switch to a vegetarian or vegan diet, and exercise 3-5 times a week with a structured schedule of competitive sport, gym work, yoga and rest. This is also the fastest way to get disillusioned, give up, and stay unfit, because most people are not ready for it. They will find it miserable and tedious. I know I would.

No need whatsoever to move to remove meat/dairy/eggs from your nutrition plan.

None, indeed doing so could remove many essential macro and micro nutrient from your nutrition.

Agree with the structured exercise though.
  • Gym will be good option. As they know till what extend our body can handle stress and overdoing will cause injuries and many other problems. prevention is better then cure.
