Hi All,
quick question, can I have 2 mortgage offers on same property?
Background, I have historic adverse, nothing in last 3 years. Found a property and secured an offer from a lender.
Purchase of property delayed and after speaking to a different broker I have an AIP with another lender, this mortgage if accepted after full application would save me £4500 over the 2 year fix..
Can I apply and have a second mortgage offer?
