Advent Win Not Received

Hey guys.
In the advents last year, I won a pet toy from an instant win. I can't remember what the company was called, but I was emailed by someone from Pawsome Box (although, the email has a logo with Animal Box on) asking for my details and that they would pass my details on.
I emailed back straight away but I haven't received anything. I emailed the guy a couple of weeks ago just to chase it up but I haven't received a reply.
Did anyone else win with this advent calendar? Did you receive your prize? I've tried searching for the comp but to no avail.
I know it's only a small prize but it's the principle more than anything.
