Make sure she writes down all her concerns ,regarding both staff and client safety ,It sounds like she is doing the right thing before someone gets accused of abuse /neglect.:(

It is 1 month notice she has to give but she went off this morning with her resignation letter and is going to point out any incidents of bad practice to the management if she can hold it together without bursting into tears luckily she is the same age as the management and has the same amount of experience

Its not a job I could do but those who do the job I respect.
