I am looking at an older house to buy with my partner. Can you do help to buy with this? We have a 5% deposit. I know they stopped mortgage guarantee in December. Bit unsure as to where we stand

No, HTB Equity Loans are only for purchasing new builds.

You can however, depending or your circumstances, get 95% LTV mortgages that have nothing to do with HTB.0
