Halifax sa302

Mortgage application done yesterday, halifax have requested 3 years sa302 and tax overviews. I have my accountants tax calculations for 3 years but they saythey can't accept these even though its a chartered accountant. Does anyone know if hmrc will fax or email them? On a timescale so can't really wait up to 10 days for them to come by post.

you can ask them to fax or email them by calling them but the post version can take sometime, a few weeks

I have called HMRC and requested them to be emailed to me on 2 occasions, on both occasions they never arrived in my inbox and I had to wait for the post version, so you can request it, just don't hold your breath...

Also, not all lenders will accept the faxed or emailed versions, quite often they want the covering page included of the postal version...

Get your SA Online login from your Accountant and download the SA Online Tax Calculation Sheets and Tax Year Overviews from HMRC SA Online at the same time.

    Halifax accepts both.

I've also known Halifax accept the Tax Calculation sheets from Accountant proprietory software, as long as you get the Tax Year Overviews (showing nil balances) as well.
