filling in forms for remortgage

quick question .
i am away to fill in a mortgage application form .
the form asks the question .
"have you ever entered into an arrangement with your credits or party to a voluntary arrangement "
its a yes or no question .
i did have a voluntary arrangement but it came off my credit report a few years back so do i say yes or do i say no .

The answer is therefore yes unless you are instructed otherwise if this is over six years ago.quick question .
