Copper insoles cheap alternative.

Copper insoles to help arthritis may or may not work. Not everyone believes in them but if you do here is a money saving tip.
Instead of buying a pair of insoles for around £40.00 invest in a roll of slug repellent self adhesive copper tape for around £2.00 and stick a strip on the inside of you shoes. A roll will last for years, and if it doesn't work for you, it will only have cost you a couple of quid, and you still have the slug tape to use in your garden, instead of throwing a £40 pair of insoles into the bin
