Denby outlet, you would think, would have the cheapest prices for their products. Not really. Here's the cheapest way to get Denby:
Register for the newsletter - this will give you a 10% voucher
Wait, keep visiting their online store - they seem to cycle which ranges have 40% off. Be patient, your range will get the top discount eventually (seems to be about 6 months)
When you have a voucher, and your range has 40% off start shopping but via Quidco for some cash back (varies between 5% and 12%). Used this 'system' a few times, they package their products very well, think I have had one mug broken which they replaced quickly and without fuss (in return for a photo).
So a little patience will get you a big discount, and a much better saving than their outlets.
