Hi currently going through a mortgage application via broker.. applied Monday just gone and received text message Tuesday saying that valuation is booked in today for the property that I want to buy.. the app has not been updated since the 4th and still on 'reviewing mortgage application' how long will I have to wait to see if I have been accepted for a mortgage? Also has anyone else used this track it system?? The most Imordant question I have is have i passed all credit checks etc if they have issued the valuation of the property??
