Okay so they rejected £200
And offered me 20% discount, to which I replied that I can get together 350 total without being able to source a single penny more.
They refused this offer and said that I can have the 20% off and still pay by installments.
Any thoughts?

Lowell do offer some reasonable discounts, that you can pay off in instalments, on the flip side, if you don't agree terms with them, they are one of the more litigious debt purchasers out there.
Brian carter are there tame solicitors, and once a court case is started, they can be like a dog with a bone.
