PS3 from littlewoods...still waiting!

I had terrible trouble getting my money back from them a few months back I also got the run around, never again will I shop at Littlewoods etc

I did get my money back in end as I was cancelling goods because they refused to honour the original deal, even though I showed them the screenshots of the deal minus a voucher code. They seen said that the item which I was told to refuse as they couldn't cancel had disappeared and blamed the rain in June even though it was a good week before the rains fell

you'll be amazed how many promises are reached when people give you their name. But looking at things logically, who wants their name in a complaint, they will do their best to reach any promise they make to avoid this happening.

Don't mean to worry you, but this is quite common with Littlewoods.
We went through this last year when we ordered a pink DS Lite for our daughters xmas pressie, we ordered it at the end of Sep to make sure we would have it long before xmas came, and lo and behold due to the delivery date getting put back and put back she eventually received her DS on the 15th Jan THIS YEAR!!!!!!:mad: :mad: :mad:

To say we were mad was an understatement and to add insult to injury they then said that the nintendogs game was no longer available as part of the original package and only knocked £10.00 off the price despite the fact that the game was worth £30.00 (from the catalogue anyway).

So if you're desperate for your system at the discounted price then keep waiting, but be prepared to be waiting a while especially with everyone starting to think about xmas pressies for this year.
