6 months house rental in East Belfast

I've sold my house recently and need to move out in July, but my new house in not finish until December, so we need to rent a house in between. In Property pal/news, house seems need a min. 12 months contract, so what is the best place I should go for? budget around £750, family of 4 . Many thanks!!!
