PC world business have a TomTom One in their clearance section for £89.99 plus VAT plus delivery. PLEASE NOTE: It does say the box has been opened and is in bad condition.

Delivery (£10.00) is a bit steep, but they have some cheap C batteries (10 for a couple of quid - Duracell too), it's worth while having a look round their clearance section and getting some other bits too as there is only one delivery charge.
They also have a TomTom One XL - for £127 delivered, but there seem to be some bits missing.
