Hi,
Looking to investigate lending criteria for adverse credit mortgage providers that lend in Scotland.
Other than Precise and Aldermore, are there others?
Thanks

Do you definitely need an adverse lender?
The reason I ask is probably 90% of my business is adverse, only 2-3 cases this year have been placed with adverse lenders. The rest I have managed to get through with high street lenders and building societies.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. We're adverse, and our Broker went straight to Aldermore AGC?
FTB, 95% Mortgage, Outstanding Debt of £18k - House is £104,000 and is a 1.8x Ratio of our Joint Income.
Adverse is because I have an unsatisfied default from August 2011 - unsatisfied as when I've contacted the DCA to pay it, they've no record of my account so I can't actually pay it off.
Surely no High St bank would touch us?0 -
It depends on the details.
You need to speak to your broker really or another if you are not confident they can do the job.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
