Hi all
I am joanna and I am £ 49000 with my husband .after my husband blew money for a job which lost all 2 months wages.I got panicke and missing 2 months payment i thought I ca not do this anymore. We were arguing and nearly start be domestick violence.
I made a move and called cccs.Well if I pay £500 a month we should be debt free in 8 years.
But I have a question to all of you who already are under debt managemnt plans.
Can I take mortgage if I am under this plan?We have a part buy part rent propert and would like to buy another half in 2 years time.
Do you end up with bad record?
What about taking car on finance?
Please let me know
thank you
joanna

Welcome to MSE ~ its good to see that you are only ready on the home straght of being debt free.
I, for one, however wouldn't advise taking out any more credit agreements until you are in a much better financial situation.
If you look at the top of the board there is a newbies guide to DFW. Have a look through and then post your SOA (statement of affairs) ~ there could be plenty of ways for you to cut back.
