My mortgage ended now, I want to change the title of land registry

The original title is two persons name,
the mortgage company told me they have sent "Electronic discharges" to HM land registry last week.
now I want to change the title to one person,
My question is:
on the form AP1:
4. application, priority and fees:
do I need fill the discharges for the mortgage lender to get rid of their name in title??
and input the second line for change to one person name?
Sorry about my poor explanation.
Thank you!

Cherry2017 - if the mortgage lender discharges their charges electronically then they will do that themselves. Usually that happens within 2 weeks of them telling you but timescales can vary from lender to lender.
Your AP1 should refer to the nature of your application, not the discharges. So if you are transferring from t2o names ot just one then Panel 4 should refer to Transfer“Official Company Representative

Very Clear expert answer, thank you!
how about "the Land Registry portal"
Can an individual person use the Land Registry portal?
or it is only for business use?
it seemed I save £30 if I can use the Land Registry portal.

cherry 2017 - the portal is for business customers only I'm afraid. We are currently unable to accept applicaitons or payment electronically by non-professional, citizen, customers I'm afraid“Official Company Representative

Thank you!
The house recently is registered with two persons name.
husband and wife.
now husband want to change the title to wife only, husband want to get rid of his name from the title, the wife will be the only person on the title once it is transferred.
Do we need fill TR1 and AP1 both forms, right?
one more question:
Who will be the Transferor? both wife and husband? or the husband is the only transferor?
I think the transferee should be wife only, because she will be the only person on the title once the transfer done, right?
Thanks again:beer:0 -

If it's to avoid "something" then simply transferring into another persons name may not be the answer.0 -
