If you know you want to buy a holiday home in Spain but haven't quite got round to booking a visit to have a look around, we may be able to help by offering you a trip for free.
If you qualify for a free tour, we will pay for a free property inspection trip to either the Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca or Costa Calida for you and your partner. The trip includes free return flights from the UK to Malaga, Alicante, Murcia or Valencia, all transfers and accommodation for two nights in three or four-star accommodation. You will be met at the airport by an accredited Lighthouse agent and spend three days viewing properties, with the evenings free for you to explore the local bars and restaurants.
To sign up to be considered for a free inspection trip to Spain, please fill in the following form:

I did not realize you were allowed to advertise your business on here. Many companies offer free flights/accommodation inspection trips but things like this are not free because you end up paying in the long run. An advert like this does not belong on this forum.
My money saving tip is that if anyone really wants to save money buying property abroad then they should get a cheap flight, hire a car and search for properties by going direct to builder or property owner. This is certainly easy to do in Spain.
I've done as you outline above and purchased a new build on a similar trip to the one you suggest and guess what, I paid £10,000 more for the property than if I had gone direct to the builder.
And now I am trying to sell my property I find spanish estate agents/companies just like yours are putting on at least 20% commission to my asking price and sometimes a lot more. Bearing in mind commission in this country is 1 to 2 percent it really does make sense to tour urbanisations to find properties being sold directly by the owners. Of course getting proper legal advice is necessary but it would be anyway.0 -
I don't think it should be here eitherEven if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0

lm50 whats with the accusations?I would get your facts right before saying anything about poppit.
Agreed it may be in the wrong place but some people in here jump on the band wagon for nothing."Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away."0 -

WELL SAID POPPIT
There are so many negative comments by some about type of freebies etc.
First Step
If it doesn't interest you
IGNORE IT
Second step----If you can post info to help with offer--POST IT
Third Step
Don't criticise someone that is doing something for your benefit.
I think the OP is right to warn people off re this type of offer but that is all that was needed,Along the lines of--Thanks Poppit but my experience tells me that this is one to be careful of and research further.

To be fair when I read it, it appeared you were quoting your own offer, perhaps it would make it clearer if a comment such as - 'I found this offer when surfing...' would stop any confusion ?0
