I have rented out my first property for the last 8 years there's only 30k left on the mortgage. What would be the best option in order to purchase another property to let out ?

Not sure what you mean here? 2 options obviously, sell and buy or remortgage and buy, the latter of which would avoid triggering CGT and getting rid of a valuable asset.
Your existing lender is a place to begin with.0 -
Cheers Conrad although most liberals take a position that "rights" should be applied liberally - meaning they should also be assigned to people on other "Paths" hence our acceptance of LGBT and minorities. Whilst a liberal may not follow certain "paths" they believe it is only right and fair that others are allowed to follow theirs. So there you go hope that's some schooling back at ya. Cheers for the CGT tip0

Modern 'liberals' tend to be authoritarian fundamentalists believing themselves to have superior, righteous moral frameworks, as such opposers are deemed perpetrators of harm
They do not believe in viewpoint diversity, hence all the safe spacing, no-platforming, shrilly trying to silence debate by screaming words like racist and bigot and taking offence at non compliant views
The constant desire to signal virtue to others makes for a vomit inducing spectacle.
Many I know are abandoning the likes of Youtube and Facebook thanks to the constant closing down of free thought by liberal hystericals that wallow in halve news and halve facts, determined not to allow the masses exposure to 'pungent' narratives
This is having the effect of once more driving people away from the liberal Establishment and dividing people, whilst liberals are left in safe space echo chambers to become ever more detached from the zeitgeist and thus ever less connected and relevant0 -
The liberals you talk about sound quite stereotypical, the liberals i know and associate with (online and in that thing called real life) tend not to get too riled up about "fake news" because they use critical thinking to acquire a considered viewpoint. Where we see a bigot, we will call them out as a such and where we see racism we will call it as we see it. The right don't like us when we do this because it places a frame of reference upon the particular view held. Those two words have long held meaning in dictionaries since god knows when. The best the right can do is call us snowflakes. I'm going to ruin your authoritarian argument by agreeing with you about how we are becoming divided. We warned the right about how the likes of Isis and fanatical islam will succeed in dividing us if we react with racism and bigotry. I can only imagine the division moving through the west at the moment is much like the divide and conquer we have exported for many many years. I guess they have learned from us and are exporting their own brand of scalpel through our political thinking. I have always believed we are stronger together than apart, but for that to work with a "right" viewpoint could be a little difficult0
