Went self employed in August last year mortgage is il for renewal so I don't have 3 years of books, anyone else gone through the same thing and have any advice please? Should I just let my current mortgage renew? Thanks

you can always try customer retention products online if your lender has such facility where you don't need a full credit check.
They are usually better than letting the mortgage lapse onto a SVR rate.
Apart from that getting a remortgage with no accounts is not going to be easy0 -
Self employed in which field? For IT contractors, banks can consider daily rate without any accounts0
