"FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – FAB5 COMPETITION

1. Promotion is open to UK residents only, aged 18 or over.
2. No purchase required.
3. Employees of the Promoters (Smeg UK Ltd), their immediate families, associated companies,
distributors, third parties or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from
participation.
4. Competition dates: the competition closes on the date the Smeg London store opens.
5. One entry per person only
6. The prize is a Smeg FAB5 Union Jack Fridge. Winners will be selected in a random draw conducted
after the closing date and for your total confidence, from all complete entries received prior to the
closing date.
7. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at time of entry, in this case their email
address. Those not responding to such notification after reasonable efforts within a 7 day period may
be disqualified and the promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner as above.
8. The prize is as stated and there is no cash or other alternative available. Prize is not transferable.
9. No bulk, third party or organised group entries will be accepted. All entries must be made directly by
the person entering the promotion. Entries made indirectly or via the use of automated devices or
processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.
