Mine came up with hive earlier but now its plusnet. didn't know they changed them throughout the day

PlusNet took a couple of refreshes to work for me.

I already collected Plusnet on 7th April surprised they are using the same one twice? Or perhaps I got it as a Random because its not working for me today - i've tried Plusnet Broadband, Mobile and Business and none of them are working for me.
