Disciplinary meeting query

I had a disciplinary meeting schedule today for work. Stated in the letter that it was to be held on 03/04/17 at 08:03 (3 minutes after my start time). After coming into work today all prepared for said meeting I find that I start at 10:00 and the manager who was meant to be holding the meeting didn't mention it once too me and isn't acting as though she is about to have a serious meeting with me. Do I have any grounds to not attend any future meeting since my employer are the ones who failed to hold the appointed meeting time?

There's a simple answer. - no. Unless you are looking to provide grounds to dismiss.

Did it not occur to you to ask why the meeting was not going ahead?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

    No.
It would be reasonable to speak to your manager and ask whether the meting has ben cancelled or postponed, and if it has been postponed, what the new time and time are.

I don't understand your post. Are you now saying that your scheduled start time today is 10am according to the rota? Perhaps they allowed 2 hours for the meeting and scheduled 10am as your start on ordinary work.

Were you given a location for the meeting?
Did you go to that location at 8.03am?

If you attended a meeting which didn't happen, I would enquire in writing why no-one else was there.
Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).
