One of my creditors has asked for a review (which we were sendind out this month anyway) and has asked for proof of income in the way of a copy of OH payslip within last three months and some photocopies of our bank statements. I have asked our advisor to ring me ref this but am still waiting for response. Can anyone on here help?

NO they are not there is somethign about it on the National Debthelpline website, they should be happy with a statement of income expendture - pretty sure National Debthelpline just say resend one of the above.0

I've just had a review with Capital One and I'm doing a self-managed DMP. They wanted copies of my and my OH payslips and bank statements - as the debt with them is in my sole name I only sent proof of my income and copies of my bank statements. I expected them to push for my OH details but they didn't and agreed another year of frozen interest and charges so a big-up to Cap' One on this one.0

guess what this is capital one asking us as well. we are doing self administered dmp but with advise given by CAB debt advisor/money manager.
However if they are not entitled to it then they wont be getting it. Just about to check above website0 -
You will find national debthelpline fantastic for doing self managed DMP thats how I do mine!0

Ditto rayday2 - they have been excellent and quoting a client ref on letters etc seems to have smoothed the way with a couple of previously awkward creditors.0
