I wanna 20" LCD tv

Hi I'm looking for the best price for a LCD TV either 18" or 20" . Can anyone help? This is my first attempt putting something on the site so I hope i'm in the correct place, I'm sure someone will move it or advise as necessary. Thanks

    Hi there,

what about the 20 inch samsung
looks good and it is going for £399 at dixons and partners - you could use a promo code and get £20 off.
if you know aanyone flying within the EU, get them to buy at at the airport and have it delivered to you VAT free.

    Hi there.

I'm looking for an LCD too as the screen on the 14" portable in my room is going orange on the left and green on the right!. To be fair it must be 10 years, a venerable Saisho.

I need one that'll do for TV, DVD player and PS2. I've narrowed it down to a 17" widescreen or a 20" 4:3 such as the Beko mentioned above.

It seems the 20" ones generally have a 640x480 resolution, which strikes me as a bit low for Playstation, or am I wrong? By contrast the 17" widescreens are 1280x1024.

In terms of price, I don't really want to go above £300, £350 at a push. As well as the Beko, my research has thrown up two possibilities, an Alba here or an LG here. Can anyone recommend one over the others, or something else entirely, for my needs?

Hope it's ok to post this in response to someone else's request. Thanks for any help anyone can give!

    Dabs.com have THIS 20.1" LCD TV for £279.99 , but it's also 640 x 480
resolution and 25ms response time , so maybe not so good for gaming , but there's quite a few good customer reviews for it , so it may be ok for just TV viewing
Same old same old since 2008
