ERC mortgage

Hi there been waiting for my ERC refund of £4300 to be payed back and had to chase halifax up about it as it would of never have happened... anyway they said it would be in my account in 10 days so been waiting then was checking my accounts and on my mortgage it was funded in there and not my banking account.. it that right coz I payed them cash to pay the charges and need the money back to my savings. Many thanks andy.
