Accord mortgage criteria payslips/bank statements

Has anyone had any recent experience with Accord?
I'm shortly to apply for FTB mortgage, 68% LTV looking for a 2 year fix.
I'd just like to know what documents they routinely request, especially if they look at bank statements? I've been tidying up my statements for the last 3-4 months but want to get the application out the way so I can be 'normal' again with my account
Also, my broker has said it isn't a problem that I have a £4,000 credit card balance outstanding currently, so long as this is paid off by completion (it will be!). Is this common? I could clear it up before the application, but as the credit report refreshes every 28 days I won't benefit from this regardless now and I want the application done ASAP.

what does your broker say about what they require?? Every lender is different0

Trust your broker I would say. Usually require 3 months statements for all accounts held, 3 months payslips, ID, proof of residency and then if there is anything peculiar on the any of these they will question it but if there is continuity in all of it then there shouldn't be an issue.I am a Mortgage & Protection Broker
