Hi,
Son is hoping to get mortgage for shared ownership. It is from a HA so no rent to pay just mortgage.
We are having a first visit to a mortgage broker - can anyone advise what to take with us - is it bank statements, proof of savings, payslips - anything else?
As we don't own bit new to all this!

No rent to pay?
Are you sure?
All shared ownership is operated by HAs/RSLs and rent-free is normally only offered on a 75% share purchase these days.
Copies of credit files
Three months payslips
Three months bank statements
