Hi there, just wondering if you had your offer?
DIP early August, all requested info (and more!) sent/uploaded by broker on 5th September.
Valuation carried out on 7th September, confirmed ok on the 13th September (via broker).
Still waiting for a response from them! The broker has escalated with their account manager as its 19 days since valuation!
The most frustrating thing is not knowing whether its a yes, no or more info needed.0
