I did it autofill but then realised it said not so so refreshed page, filled it in again manually but still no submit button!0 -

If you tab down you will get opt out options and the submit button ... hth

I tried again - there was no submit button before I filled in the form but there were opt out buttons however, once I had filled in the form the opt out boxes disappeared and there was still no submit!!0 -

I couldn't tab down either but went to the last option and pressed 'go' and submitted on my iPhone. Didn't get any opt outs tho so will get plethora of emails no doubt! Hth's?0
