Question on PPI
Hi everyone, first post here, but been reading the boards for a while. I have a question on PPI. I have a storecard for a large department store and in 2005 one of their salespeople rang me up asking if I wanted extra protection. I agreed to this but I was led to believe that this was just for the one year and a single payment of £70 was added to my storecard. The next year another payment of £70 was added to the storecard which I didn't know would happen and would not have agreed to as the card had only £20 on, so would have been paid off within a week or two. My question is, can I send off one of those sample letters to have the second £70 refunded or do I have no chance at all? Any advice appreciated.
