When did Egg stop accepting tracker mortgage applications?

Is there a way to find out when Egg stopped allowing people to open or switch to their tracker mortgage? Perhaps someone on here might know.
I ask because I had a variable mortgage and changed to the tracker mortgage. About one month later, Egg stopped accepting applications. I haven't been able to find any documents to date showing when this was.
It is important for me as I paid PPI all the way up to changing mortgage type.
