Secured Loan Charges - Can I claim them back?

I have a secured loan and have had some financial difficulties over the years resulting in being days away from repo.
Anyway trying to get on track now, all arrears are paid. I was wondering about the "monthly admin fee" and "collection costs" on my secured loan. these are approx 70% of the monthly repayment amount so I think they are excessive. I did ask the lender to look into it but I never heard anything.
Is it possible to claim them back like the credit card charges with interest?
