Morning
So I hit my £10 target for the day before 7am. Thanks to 50 free spins on JPJ, I won £18.22 :T. Also meant I could withdraw £20.24 from them.
So my running total is currently £23.81, consisting of:
£18.22 JPJ
£2.60 Prolific
£0.19 Qmee
£1.50 New Vista
£1.30 Onepoll
I'll keep updating it as the day goes on.
A bit cooler today, so will try and get my 30 minutes cleaning done before I have to start work at 5pm. I'm also cooking a beef brisket at the moment. Needed using up, so I'll have some for my lunch and then OH can have sandwiches with the rest.

Think I'll leave it there today. I'm pleased with £23.81. Not far off £50 made in 3 days.
Beef brisket didn't go too well. Came out very dry and tough, although it tasted fine. Will leave it up to OH as to whether he eats any of it.
Did my 30 minutes of cleaning/tidying too. House looks a bit better for it.

Great to see you back Emz, the 30 mins sounds good for keeping on top of the housework, and great idea having a ££ target for the day. Sorry you had a horrid chest infection, glad to hear it's gone. Take it easy in the heat.
It'd be great if you can update us each day when you've hit your target, and we can cheer you on!

Emz shuffles back in with her head down in shame
Well that didn't go to well did it? Sorry I've been MIA again. Thank you for your replies and thanks for the birthday wishes Constant Worrier :A
I had a lovely birthday and a great day with the meerkats afterwards, even if it was a bit cold! Berlin wasn't too good. It was cold and wet there. I quickly came down with a cold, that developed into a chest infection. It turned quite nasty because it was left untreated for a few days and I ended up being off sick for a couple of weeks. All better now fortunately.
Not much else to report, except I need to get back into DFW/MSE ways pronto.
So I'm currently trying two things:
1. Make £10 a day - literally. I'm adding up surveys and other bits I get done each day until I hit that £10 figure. If I want to carry on, I can, otherwise I can just be happy with my £10 for that day. £300 a month pretty much guaranteed (if I can keep it up). I've only been at it for a couple of days, but it's going well, and is easier than I thought to be honest.
Yesterday I made £11.09, made up of £0.77 Jackpot Joy free spins, £1.00 New Vista and £9.32 Prolific.
Today, so far, I've made £13.44, made up of £1.25 JPJ free spins and £12.19 Prolific.
I reached the £20 threshold today, so have requested it to my new Circle account
2. Keeping the flat tidy by doing 30 minutes cleaning a day. Doesn't matter what it is, as long as I do something. Just set my phone for 30 minutes and keep going until the timer sounds.
I did manage to do this for about a week last month, before I got fed up with OH not pulling his weight (we agreed he would do it too, but I think that's unlikely to happen seeing as he's out of the house pretty much 12 hours a day at work).
I'm going to start doing my 30 minutes again, possibly tomorrow, if the weather is a bit cooler (I'm suffering a bit in this heat - absolutely no energy to do anything physical).
Think I'll give the laptop a rest for a bit - I'm overheating!!
Emz leaves, feeling a bit better0 -
Thanks WeeMidgie
- will try and keep posting my totals.
Going to be a tricky day getting the £10 today. No help from JPJ, I've got to do a 6 hour shift and my OH is hanging around at the moment. Think I've got to drop him off at the station in an hour or so. Good news is he's going away for the weekend (I mean that in the nicest possible way!!), so I can always do some after work tonight.
Better get started whilst I'm trying to do my nebuliser. Hopefully OH won't hang around too long.
It's wear yellow day for Cystic Fibrosis too. I've got a pin badge ready to wear, seeing as I'll be at work.:):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

Today's running total is £11.78, consisting of:
£1.25 Valued Opinions
£5.00 Swagbucks (Amazon voucher)
£2.70 Prolific
£0.20 Onepoll
£0.50 You Gov
£0.13 Qmee
£2.00 Home and Wellness Connection
[STRIKE]Grrr, so close. I've run out of options now though and my bed is calling me.[/STRIKE]
I did it :j. Just before closing my laptop, I received an email from a panel thing I belong to with a £2 survey invitation. Never bothered to complete one of them before, but was eager to reach my target!!
30 minutes of cleaning not done today. However, my sister is coming over to stay tomorrow night, so I'll have to tidy up during the day. I'll have to do at least an hour.
Definitely bedtime now!!

Morning
Up and running already.
Today's total so far is: £3.28, consisting of:
£1.50 New Vista
£1.68 Prolific
£0.10 Citizen Me
Emz xx0 -
Oops, didn't make it to £10 yesterday. Took longer to clean the flat than I thought and my sister came over a bit earlier.
Never mind, £3.28 is better than nothing. There wasn't much around yesterday either in the way of surveys. Never is at the weekend. I did do a lot of My Survey stuff, and am about halfway there to a £5 voucher.
Starting again today with £1.25 so far, consisting of:
£0.25 Prolific
£1.00 New Vista
I have to go into work this evening for a couple of hours for a training thing. Will get paid £17 for it, so that kind of makes up for yesterday.
Emz xx0 -
Lovely to see you again Emz, good luck with the totals.
How are you finding My Survey? It randomly kicks me out of the site at the moment, it's really annoying!"If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0 -
Grrr, keep switching off . Need to concentrate and stick to this as the extra money has been really helping and I was doing well.
I need some goals for July to really focus my mind:- Earn £10 a day - £310 for the month. I might join the actual £10 a day thread to get some ideas, but I will keep track on here too. Will start counting it when I actually receive the money/vouchers though, or I will probably get myself confused.
- Reach the first Swagbucks target every day for the monthly bonus. I've never managed to do this, so I'm determined to see this through for once!
- Get lots of freebies!!More of a fun one than anything. I've been requesting a few recently and it's good to get nice things in the post sometimes. I got some free treats for my animals yesterday (although not sure if that was a freebie or a prize) and an Estee Lauder toner thing today.
- 30 minutes of cleaning a day. I want to see how good the house looks by the end of July just with 30 minutes a day.
- One load of washing a day (if needed). I'm terrible for letting it build up. Will try and iron as I go too.
- NO MEALS OUT OR TAKEAWAYS!! This is a big one. I can handle it, but OH is terrible and I usually cave in. We could save so much money with this one. Need to do proper shops too so that there is always food in the house and we won't be tempted to eat out. Might be beneficial for me to do one online or not take OH with me, as he always buys rubbish.
- Get up to 8 stone. This will be tricky. I'm currently 7st 8lbs. I'm never going to be big - I think the most I've ever weighed is 8st 7lbs, but people have been making comments that I look like I've lost weight, which is not good.
