Hi all,
Just a quick one! alot of the staff where i work were tupe over from our company to a contractor company a few months ago and today i have been told that the contractor that took on the contract plans on giving it back and the contract will be put out for tenor again
Can you TUPE to a new company so fast after your have TUPE from another with the same contract as you started with?
Hope that makes sense! thanks

Yes, of course. If the new contractor hands back the contract, someone has to do it so it goes back out to a tender and you will TUPE again.0
