'Man with a van' (Belfast) recommendations please

Has anyone any recent experience of using a 'Man with a Van' for house move in the Belfast area ?
I would like to have some furniture moved from BT10 to BT5, ( not a full house move) ...hopefully next week.

I found a guy on gumtree for 30 quid an hour a few years ago, he was great

I also used James Gardner last Summer to move my sister's stuff from one nursing home to another and he was great. Highly recommend.0
