INSIDE… COMPETITION ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) The prize comprises a three (3) night stay at The Arch, London being offered for two (2) people including; Standard Class rail travel and transport up to the value of £200.Should the winner prefer to drive themselves then a petrol allowance up to a maximum of £200 (total) will be offered and the rail tickets will be forfeited, London Travel Card covering zones 1-4 for the duration of stay, Three (3) nights’ accommodation in an executive room, daily breakfast, three course evening meal at Hunter 486 at The Arch Hotel on one evening, Afternoon Tea in the Martini Library on one day, Houses of Parliament guided tour, entrance to Kensington Palace, entrance to Westminster Abbey and verger guided tour and a guided tour of St Paul’s Cathedral, all subject to availability.
2) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
3) The prize must be taken before 29th March 2018 but cannot be taken between 25th to 28th August 2017 and 20th December 2017 to 2nd January 2018. The stay is valid Thursday to Monday only. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions.
4) Booking is subject to availability.
5) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.
6) Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.
7) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
8) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
