The 'Win a Luxury Safari Holiday' prize draw will run from Monday 27th March 2017 until 11.59pm on Sunday 28th May 2017. The package consists of a six-night luxury safari in South Africa for a family of four, provided by cazenove+loyd. The family will stay at two locations - spending three nights at each - and have the opportunity to spend a morning at Tusk's inspiring 'Save the Waterberg Rhino' project nearby. The holiday will include all accommodation, meals and travel, plus £1,000 worth of Boden vouchers to spend on your holiday wardrobe. Entries to the prize draw can be made via boden.com/safari. No purchase necessary and there is no cash alternative.
HOLIDAY

• This is a six-night holiday for a family of 4 PAX
• Valid from 1st June 2017 to 28th Feb 2018, excluding peak season (18th Dec 2017 - 3rd Jan 2018)
• All road transfers in South Africa are included
• Travel insurance and vaccinations are not included

ACCOMMODATION

• The family will visit two locations, spending three nights at Madikwe Lelapa Lodge in the Madikwe Game Reserve and three nights at Ant's in the Waterberg
• The winner can choose which camp they stay in first, subject to availability

Tusk's 'Save the Waterberg Rhino' Project

The winner will visit this project while staying at Ant's. This is the only Tusk charity in the Waterberg and was founded by Ant and Tessa Baber, owners of the Ant Collection.
Flights

Flights to South Africa will be provided by the most suitable method in premium economy class, for two adults and two children. This is subject to availability, based on the travel dates selected by the winner. Travel insurance is not included in the prize.
BODEN VOUCHER

The winner will receive a £1,000 voucher or account credit to use at Boden.
HOW TO ENTER

Entries to the prize draw can be made via boden.com/safari from Monday 27th March 2017 until 11.59pm on Sunday 28th May 2017.
The prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Germany, aged 18 and over. Employees and agents of Boden and its associated companies, including the families of such employees and agents, are not eligible to enter the prize draw, nor is anyone connected with the prize draw. The eligibility of any entrant is at Boden's sole discretion.
DRAWING AND PRIZES

One 'Win a Luxury Safari Holiday' prize will be given away after the entry period ends. The draw will take place within 48 hours of the expiry date. A member of the Marketing team at Boden will randomly select one winning entry by way of a computer-generated random prize draw. The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 72 hours of the draw. A member of the Marketing team will contact the winner to arrange booking of the trip and associated activities.

Prize redemption is subject to availability and the winner must offer a selection of possible dates. The prize is as stated in these terms and no compensation will be payable if any part of the prize is unused.

The Boden Marketing Director or Legal Counsel will oversee the random prize draw selection.

These terms shall be governed by English law and, in the event of any dispute, Boden and each entrant hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The prize draw is subject to the Boden Privacy Policy, available online at https://www.boden.com/en-GB/help/privacy-policy.html.

By participating, the winner of the prize releases the sponsor, and its respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and the directors, officers, employees, or agencies of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify the winner's agreement, and consent that the sponsor may use the winner's name, county and/or prize information for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration. We will not enter into correspondence over the picking of the winning entry.
