I posted recently that i'm job seeking but starting to feel quite disheartened. Most applications receive no response, a few have got a no. The update is things picked up as I was offered an interview and then another in quick succession, but I was unsuccessful with both.....
I am lucky in that I am currently in work ( although I hate my job) but I'm sure job seeking was easier in the past.
How many unsuccessful interviews before you start to think something isn't right? I don't want to lose confidence and then do worse at interviews as a result!

As you have had interviews it suggests that your CV is basically OK. Have you asked for feedback from the organisations where you had interviews?0

One place told me I interviewed well but lacked experience in a particular area which is true, so that's OK. The second place didn't give feedback (I think its the policy) but its a role that I have done before so that was more disappointing. I think there may have been an internal candidate but at the end of the day I didn't get the job.
Maybe I am over reacting!0 -
Don't be too disheartened by not even getting a no from places. The trouble is that some jobs get a ridiculous amount of responses and it's just not possible to answer them all.0

I am finding there is only one obstacle in the way of me getting back into work.
Agencies, absolute pain in the !!!! and more bothered with signing you up then finding you a job.0
