Im currently looking to get a mortgage with Nationwide
Paid off all my small debts and have a £75k Deposit
Earnings are 78k
Partner 11k
House £455k
I have a Loan I’m looking to close in May currently paying £360 a month, I also have 4k on a Credit Card.
My question is will it impact me getting the mortgage if I’m closing it next month.
DIP Completed & Loan disclosed at DIP stage but full application is early April
Do you see any issues with this going through I'm very nervous as I have never had a mortgage before.
