Hi, I have 7k on DMP and am selling current home after separation. I will have a 40 % deposit after paying off DMP.
What are my chances of getting a mortgage over 10 -12 years at age 55 ?
What would happen if I rented until retirement and where would would I then live ?
Any advice greatly appreciated !
