Working as a Police Officer

I think policing is a very honourable career. The media are quick to bad mouth the police for the slightest infringement. This week they are heroes after last Wednesdays attack. But I wonder how long it will take the media to revert back to their old ways. Additionally, people often see the police and the judiciary as one. But they are very independent of each other. Unfortunately the police are often blamed for the lenient sentencing of criminals.
I think if you want a career that is challenging, eventful and certainly non-routine, then you will find anything better than being a bobby.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0 -
