The winner and guest will stay for three nights, on a B&B basis, in a Just Right room at the Scarlet, in Cornwall. This ground-breaking, adults-only luxury hotel is moulded to the hillside at Mawgan Porth and mixes innovative architecture and sunset views to memorable effect. The spa facilities include tented treatment rooms lit by lanterns, an indoor pool with sea views and an outdoor pool that uses a reed bed as a filtration system.
One session for two in the Scarlet’s famous clifftop hot tubs is included in the prize — as is a three-course dinner for two (excluding wine) in the hotel’s restaurant, where the head chef, Tom Hunter, creates a daily-changing menu.
