Open University - allows second student finance loan even if you already have degree

If you've made a big mistake and graduated with a degree that has taken you down entirely the wrong path (or no path at all..), then if you are willing to saddle up with more debt (not for everyone, I know!) you can take out a second degree loan while studying in the evenings/weekends with the OU:

Of particular income-boosting potential is the engineering (BEng) degree and the Nursing degrees.

As always, before taking out debt (an OU degree costs around 17k), make sure it is worth your while.
