Looking for some advice please
Have checked my credit report and between 2011 and early 2014 i have quite a lot of 1's on my file and 1 2 (2011) All credit cards and paid within a few days apart from the 2 i think i was late paying then made a payment thinking that would cover the next month also but it didn't. There have been none since June 14. Some had been there when i did my last mortgage in Feb 12 and it went through fine but i have 8 1's appeared since then
silly i know!
All my mortgages and any loans, mobiles i have had are good with all perfect payments and never in an overdraft its simply been forgetfulness on my part.
We have £144000 deposit on a £294000 house what is the chances of halifax accepting me again? Last 3 mortgages were with them.
Thanks

Just as an aside movingagain, it might be an idea to setup your credit cards to be paid in full every month automatically. Just phone up the credit cards and say you want your card to be paid in full every month. Then you have no worries about forgetting, I know I too used to forget sometimes but since doing this I never have been late.0

Try and pay your credit cards on time in future, you should be ok with the mortgage lender.0
