and now I've just woke up to a letter off finance company saying
notice of sums in arrears
total being £1,051.55 all payments within the agreement term were on time and never missed
i honestly don't know how there was no defects on collection sheet everything was done by the rule book I'm a bit perplexed its saturday and i can't ring them as they are closed

Did you take pictures just before you handed the keys over if not you should have done
Also you need to get a breakdown of the costs and what they are actually charging for, they may be trying their luck
there has to be a fair wear and tear policy in place and they have to follow that i think its called bvrla code of conduct or something“People are caught up in an egotistic artificial rat race to display a false image to society. We want the biggest house, fanciest car, and we don't mind paying the sky high mortgage to put up that show. We sacrifice our biggest assets our health and time, We feel happy when we see people look up to us and see how successful we are”
